Cute but straps are not adjustable

Feels like a quality piece but unfortunately I received a top that did not have adjustable straps as pictured and stated in the product description. I'm busty so adjustable straps were a selling point for me. I'm typically a M but sized up for more coverage, I want to say that the L would have worked if the straps were adjustable, but they are way to long and provide no support.
