On the Roots

Your clothes should make you feel good. In ours, you will.

That sentence came first, and everything else followed behind it.

Introducing Eddy, an elevated American lifestyle brand rooted in joy, guided by intention, and shaped by intuition. At its core, Eddy is about the pleasure of choosing what you wear, caring about it deeply, and then promptly getting on with your life. These are pieces made for moments when you’re paying attention: to the weather, to the mood, to the way your clothes move when you finally slow down enough to notice yourself inside them.

On being called Eddy

Eddy is our founder Megan’s nickname—an extension of her. A girly-girl with a tomboy spirit. The name stuck because it felt right. Not overthought. Not precious. Just intuitive.

Eddy was built from a desire to make pieces that feel like a good exhale—easy, artful, sustainable and made to handle real life. Girly in how they look. Tomboy in how they live. Confident, but unbothered.

That’s the name.

That’s the energy.

And we’ve that feeling ever sense.

On the Bloom

Eddy began the way most good things do… not with a grand plan, but with a gut feeling. A need for a place to pour energy, care, and the kind of creativity that doesn’t ask for permission. A desire to make clothes that feel refreshing, light, and soul-lifting.

The dream had been quietly forming for years, but it came to life at Megan’s wedding. Fresh off a trip sourcing textiles in India and London, she designed custom pieces for herself and her bridesmaids—bold, feminine silhouettes that felt personal, intentional, and a little magical. The response was immediate and unmistakable. There was no option but to keep going.

On Getting Dressed

Eddy designs clothes for women who enjoy the art of dressing. Who understand that effort can be a form of pleasure, and who don’t believe that caring about how you look means caring less about anything else.

Collections are built around silhouette, texture, and detail: lace, embroidery, beadwork, crochet. Not as decoration for decoration’s sake, but as a way of giving clothes character and memory, crafting them into art.

We think of it as framed flow: expressive, artful design guided by structure. Pieces grounded in fit, fabric, and thoughtful construction.

These are clothes that don’t try to behave. They hold their own. They soften with time. They feel special the first time you wear them, and increasingly familiar as they become part of your life.

We’re here to build a whimsical world. One that helps you feel good on the inside and dress like it on the outside.

On Taking Care

Eddy stays close to how things are made, not out of obligation, but because proximity matters. Being involved keeps us honest. It keeps the work human.

We work hands-on with our partners in India, building long-term relationships, asking hard questions, and making decisions with care. Thoughtfulness isn’t a checkbox for us; it’s a practice.

Becoming a certified B Corporation wasn’t about calling ourselves “good.” It was about choosing accountability. Inviting scrutiny. Committing to a more demanding way of building a business, one that requires consistency and asks us to keep showing up with intention. No shortcuts. No gold stars. Just doing it right.

Today, Eddy exists beyond the clothes themselves. Our Russian Hill space is a store, a studio, a headquarters, and a place to gather, where people linger, talk, and discover. It reflects the brand: lived-in, human, and intentionally a little whimsical.

Eddy continues to grow the way it began, alongside real life, with all its messiness, contradictions, small wins, and quiet persistence. That texture isn’t accidental. It’s the point.

Welcome to Eddy.

We’re so glad you’re here.
